About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our in-house creative team in Cape Town City Centre. As part of a pan-Sub-Saharan African organisation with a diverse FMCG brand portfolio, you will be responsible for driving integrated campaigns across TV, radio, digital and social media, while maintaining a balance between creative vision and commercial understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the in-house creative team
- Drive integrated campaigns across TV, radio, digital and social
- Develop and maintain brand identity and creative direction
- Translate business objectives into impactful creative strategies
- Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and deadlines
- Collaborate with marketing, media and executive stakeholders
- Manage budgets, resources and production processes
- Mentor and develop team capability
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related (postgrad advantageous)
- 10 years’ experience, with 7 in senior roles
- Strong experience in integrated campaign development and production
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Strong creative, analytical and stakeholder management ability
