Key Responsibilities
- Preparing pastry and dessert components
- Ensuring mise en place is completed to a high standard
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal offerings
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- Presenting pastry items beautifully and consistently
- Assisting in stock control, ordering support, and minimising waste within the pastry section
Requirements
- Prior experience in a high-end or fine dining pastry kitchen
- Strong foundation in classical and modern pastry techniques

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards
