- Stock accountability send out all reports to customers.
- Ordering of office essentials – office management.
- Ensuring theres personnel for the weighbridge.
- Ensuring all weighbridge are clean and FEL readings are accurate when checking the scale.
- Solving all staff problems technical or staff related.
- Perform all other adhoc duties assigned to them by management.
- Scanning and uploading RMTS documents to core drive.
- Visiting all 3 sites to ensure everything is in order, in terms of checking if the printers are in good working order and give attention to the items that need it.
- Supervise the operators when loading the train.
- Make sure all FEL are filled with diesel and checked at the WB before loading the train
- Remind WB operators how to perform their duties, because most of them want to be handheld .
- Assisting anyone who has issues with the clocking system, sending out release documents to Transnet.
- Sorting out the data received from the weighbridge, because most of the times recording of data is wrong.
- Keeping track of weighbridge roaster.
- Ensuring all Weighbridges are cleaned on agreed dates with Sandi.
- Scanning of customer loaded out tickets.
- Communication with all customers.

- Degree/Diploma in Administration.

Knowledge of power BI (not on a IT spectrum) but more so knowledge of how to get reports from the platform and how to insert data into it.

MS Excel – How to read and manipulate data on spreadsheets.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite & other programs.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational & co ordination skills.
- Customer service.
