Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and Operational Support Assist with the preparation and review of proposals, presentations, quotations and agreements Provide administrative support to the Sales and Operational Teams Assist with project-related administrative tasks as required Track outstanding tasks and follow-ups related to Sales and Operational activities Office Administration Ensure company documentation, templates, and records are properly maintained and updated Maintain administrative systems, trackers, and internal records Compile monthly administrative and operational reports Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations Maintain organised filing systems for both internal and client documentation Training and Compliance Administration Assist with employee onboarding processes, including documentation and inductions Coordinate staff training bookings and maintain training records Maintain records relating to compliance checks, certifications, and training requirements Client and Service Administration Assist with client communication relating to services, schedules, and documentation Manage client-related administrative documentation and records Support the resolution of administrative matters related to client services and operations Ensure required company documentation is submitted to client when requested Meetings and Internal Coordination Track action items and ensure follow-ups are completed Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes Facilitate communication between management and internal teams General Administrative Support Provide administrative support to management and operational teams as required Ensure efficient administrative coordination across departments Assist with maintenance and updating of company policies and procedures Health, Safety and Compliance Support Provide administrative support for Health and Safety documentation and processes Assist in ensuring required compliance documentation is available for clients Maintain records for inspections, compliance documentation, and incident and reporting.
