About the Role
We are seeking experienced Home Loan Specialists to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building referral networks, and driving business growth through your exceptional sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and build referral networks
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team
- Maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ensure a clear credit record with no debt review or adverse listings
Requirements
- 23 years of external sales experience in finance, insurance, or related fields
- Proven ability to generate leads and build referral networks
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach to sales

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R15,000 per month
Settling-In Allowance:
- Month 13: R10,000
- Month 4: R6,000
- Month 5: R4,000
- Month 6: R3,000
Commission: 0.3% average on deals closed (minimum monthly target of R2.5 million)
