About the Role
As a Senior AI Developer, you will be the driving force behind designing, developing, and embedding intelligent solutions across enterprise systems. Working within a forward-thinking engineering environment, you will transform business challenges into AI-powered opportunities through automation, data-driven models, and modern Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect AI-driven applications using Microsoft AI frameworks, Semantic Kernel, and Agent-based solutions
- Integrate AI models into existing applications, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance
- Design new features and extend existing systems using clean, scalable, well-tested code
- Build workflow solutions, chatbots, and intelligent automation using Microsoft AI Studio and related tooling
- Implement RAG pipelines, semantic search, and data-driven intelligence solutions that support analytics teams
- Monitor and optimise AI agent performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Troubleshoot production issues and ship stable, well-documented fixes
Requirements
- Deep experience in C#, Python, VB.NET or JavaScript, debugging and working in complex enterprise codebases
- Strong proficiency in .Net Core, Web APIs, Blazor/Razor Pages, HTML/CSS, and modern web frameworks
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft AI Framework, Power Platform integrations, and AI model integration patterns
- Experience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, vector databases, Redis, and RabbitMQ
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Programming OR equivalent hands-on experience
- 10 years as a Microsoft .NET Developer, plus 4 years focused on AI/ML solutions
