Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Strategy: Design and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy, integrating efforts across multiple channels including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and website management.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize all company social media accounts. Plan, publish, and share content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Set up, manage, and report on paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct regular SEO audits and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings. Ensure the website is user-friendly, optimized for conversions, and aligned with the latest best practices.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that engage and nurture our audience. Analyze email performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Analytics and Reporting: Capture and analyze digital metrics across all channels. Provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders and refine strategies based on data-driven results.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content for all digital channels, ensuring that it is relevant, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Client Service and Creative, to ensure alignment across all digital efforts. Provide digital marketing support and training as needed.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively implement new strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to stay updated with industry trends.
