What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage daily employee relations proactively for the active factory manufacturing workforce.
- Ensure full compliance with the LRA and BCEA strictly.
- Lead necessary disciplinary hearings and formal grievance procedures effectively and safely.
- Oversee accurate payroll administration carefully for all active wage earners.
- Coordinate active recruitment smoothly for all manufacturing and busy floor staff.
Experience & Qualifications:
- You must clearly possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
- You strictly need a valid Certification in South African Labor Law.
- You must hold an Advanced Certificate in Industrial Relations confidently.
- You need proven daily experience representing matters at the CCMA.
- Active SABPP Professional Membership (HR Associate or Practitioner) is strictly required.
