As a Customer Services Agent at VIP Liquours, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth through outbound and inbound calls, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate sales
- Receive and process inbound customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Provide product information, promotions, and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally
- Capture and update customer information on internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Proven experience in telesales, call centre, or customer service environment
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets
- Computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems advantageous)
