About the Role
Join our team as a Head Guide in Mpumalanga, South Africa, where you will lead and manage the Guide Department to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a unique and breathtaking environment. As part of our private game reserve, you will be responsible for overseeing guiding operations, ensuring safety procedures are in place, and providing expert guidance to our guests.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistently high-quality guest experiences
- Oversee guiding operations at the lodge
- Handle safety procedures and emergency response effectively
Requirements
- FGASA Level 2 or higher (or equivalent guiding qualification)
- ARH and valid PDP
- Minimum 5 years guiding experience, ideally in Big 5 territory
- Trackers and trailing skills highly valued (Trailing Level 2 or higher preferred)
