Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Deli Manager to join their butchery team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of meat cuts, food safety, and customer service. This role requires someone who can manage daily deli operations, ensure the highest standards of product quality, and lead a team to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Minimum requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transport
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of different meat cuts
  • Must be able to split carcasses
  • Experience working in a butchery would be advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office

Remuneration:

R 14 000 – R16 000 Cost to Company (including basic Medical Aid)

*Transport to and from Botshabelo will be provided
