About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of equipment and assets in our designated plant. The successful candidate will be expected to plan, perform, and control maintenance functions, with full competence typically developed over a period of 2 years in a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, perform, and control maintenance functions
  • Ensure optimal operation of equipment and assets
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
  • Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements

  • N3 Level plus trade test (electrical)
  • N3 Level plus trade test (Fitter, Fitter and Turner)
  • Introduction training as per company standards
  • Full competence in maintenance functions typically developed over a period of 2 years in a food manufacturing environment
