About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Mokopane, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management and be able to drive business growth through process improvement and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control operational activities to ensure efficient use of resources
• Implement and maintain SHEQ (Safety, Environment, Health, Quality) management systems
• Develop and manage budgets and financial reports
• Analyze data to inform performance management and workforce planning decisions
• Lead teams to achieve strategic objectives and drive business growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and achieve quality control standards
• Manage supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Implement process improvements through Lean Six Sigma methodologies

Requirements

• Grade 12 Degree or Honours in Operations Management / Business Management or BBA (Legal Appointment)
• MAP (Mining and Petroleum Development) Experience from the mining industry
• Operational management control experience
• SHEQ management experience
