About the Role
TYGERBERG ENGINE REBUILDERS, a reputable engine rebuilding company, urgently requires an experienced Workshop Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate workshop activities
- Manage and motivate a team of technicians
- Maintain accurate records and inventory management
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality services
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
- In-depth knowledge of petrol and diesel engines
- Qualification as an Automotive Machinist or Diesel/petrol Technician compulsory
