Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular sales visits to existing and prospective customers
- Promote and market products and services effectively
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Prepare and present detailed sales quotations
- Accurately capture orders and manage sales documentation
- Maintain and update the sales database and submit regular reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Ensure adherence to company sales and credit policies
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure product availability
- Resolve customer queries and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Maintain strong product and technical knowledge
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Knowledge of the plastics and piping industry
- Relevant sales experience with technical product knowledge (Flow Solutions / similar products)
- Financially literate and commercially aware
