About the Role
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of construction professionals to deliver high-end residential projects with exceptional quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple sites simultaneously.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: National Diploma in Building or Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- SACPCMP registration beneficial
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior construction role managing staff and sites
- Experience in the bespoke, residential market will be advantageous
