About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements, and developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Requirements

  • Relevant Human Resources or Industrial Relations degree
  • Psychometry qualification
  • HPCSA Registration (preferable)
  • 3-5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
