Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Curation: Develop, schedule, and publish compelling content (text, images, videos, graphics) across multiple social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives, including audience growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Community Management: Engage with followers by promptly responding to comments, messages, and queries, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer concerns.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and promotional initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the company’s brand identity and voice across all platforms.
- Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for all products.
- Marketing Calendar: Create and implement the marketing calendar.
- Online Store Materials: Develop visual content such as videos, animations, and reels for the online store.
- Photo Shoots: Plan and execute photoshoots for online content and the online store.
- Retail Window Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated in-store campaigns for retail windows.
- Retail Sales Incentives and Training Materials: Create content for retail sales incentives and training materials.
- Store Music: Curate and update music in-store to align with the brand.
- eCommerce Channel Updates: Maintain and update the look and feel of online store elements, including web banners.
- Collaboration: Work with other marketing teams, designers, and stakeholders to coordinate social media activities and align with overall marketing goals.
Minimum Requirements:

Writing and Communication Skills: Ability to craft engaging copy and communicate effectively with diverse audiences across social media platforms.

Visual Design Understanding: Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.
