Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks)
- Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace
- Assist with stock control and restocking supplies
- Follow health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and milk techniques (advantageous)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
