About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Private Concierge to join our ultra-luxury safari camp in Ceres, Western Cape. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised, high-end experiences for guests in a breathtaking and exclusive safari environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
- Coordinate and manage guest activities, experiences, and special requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay
- Collaborate with other lodge departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times
Requirements
Experience in luxury hospitality environments
Background in roles such as Hospitality Manager, Guest Liaison, or Duty Manager
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude

Salary & Benefits
