Key Responsibilities

• Provide a range of professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies
• Ensure all treatments are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all spa areas
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for each client
• Advise guests on wellness and treatment options tailored to their needs
• Monitor stock levels of spa products and manage inventory efficiently
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience and revenue

Requirements

Qualified in relevant spa or beauty therapy courses

Proven experience in luxury hospitality spa environments

Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and busy periods
