About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Travel Specialist for a luxury hotel collection based in Nairobi, Kenya. This hybrid role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong tourism experience, a passion for travel, and a desire to drive business growth in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client and trade enquiries for luxury hotel stays and experiences
• Promote and sell the hotel collection to drive business growth in Kenya
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners
• Coordinate travel itineraries, reservations, and special requests for guests
• Provide personalised service and advice to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise occupancy and revenue
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
Strong tourism or travel industry experience
Passion for people, travel, and delivering exceptional experiences
Self-starter with a forward-thinking and proactive approach
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work within structured frameworks
Driven and motivated to grow business in Kenya
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Must be local to Nairobi
