About the Role
Fusion Personnel is seeking a reliable and experienced Picker/Packer to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders, packaging, loading, and unloading containers, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders on a daily basis according to company procedures
- Package, wrap and label orders after verification
- Load orders onto delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Offload and unpack containers and ensure products are correctly labelled and shelved
- Follow all internal warehouse procedures and instructions from management
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment at all times
- Assist with any additional warehouse duties as required
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment
- Interact professionally with customers and couriers when required
- Be reliable present and available to support operational needs when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment is essential
- Forklift experience will be considered an advantage
- Must be fluent in English, with the ability to read and write clearly in English
