About the Role
Time Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sales Consultant to join their team in Cape Town. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with both new and existing clients via phone and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their property needs and objectives
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process with professionalism and care
- Promote and present upmarket property listings to qualified buyers
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Matric
- Previous experience in sales, property, or a client-facing role advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional telephone manner
- Well-spoken, articulate, and confident engaging with high-end clientele
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with UK clients and time zones
