About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive our company’s growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking
- Build/maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, & industry influencers
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create innovative marketing campaigns and promotions
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decision-making
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to secure new business opportunities
- Monitor & track sales performance, KPIs, and trends to assess effectiveness of business development efforts
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing role
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Formal education/certification mentioned)
