About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Head of Talent Acquisition, responsible for shaping our recruitment strategy and driving massive growth. As part of CallForce’s mission to create thousands of jobs in South Africa over the next 5 years, we need an experienced professional with a proven track record in high-volume hiring and digital recruitment.

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership & stakeholder skills.
