About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Germiston. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive results. If you have a genuine interest in marketing, branding, and creative design, and are skilled in design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and rollout of marketing campaigns
- Design visually appealing content for both digital and print media
- Assist with social media activities, including content planning, creation, and scheduling
- Support the coordination of campaigns, promotions, and events
- Collaborate with team members to generate fresh and creative ideas
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Perform basic market research and assist with tracking campaign results
- Help compile internal communications such as newsletters, updates, and email content
- Assist in preparing presentations and marketing collateral
- Maintain and update internal communication channels and media platforms
- Keep the customer database accurate and up to date
- Capture and produce basic photo and video content for marketing and internal use
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
- A qualification or hands-on experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field will be beneficial
- A genuine interest in marketing, branding, and creative design
- Skilled in design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Canva, or similar (highly advantageous)
- Strong eye for detail with excellent organisational ability
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to take initiative
