About the Role
The Fleet Maintenance Contract Administrator role is a critical position in our organisation, responsible for managing fleet maintenance contracts and providing accurate quotations to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse truck applications, operating conditions, and duty cycles to prepare accurate Fleet Maintenance Contract (FMC) quotations.
- Calculate and propose tailored cost-per-kilometer (CPK) rates based on contract duration, mileage, and application.
- Draft and manage FMC contracts, ensuring agreed service scope, CPK, duration, and terms are accurately captured and filed.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or higher qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
