About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and delivering exceptional service to our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the organization, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including employee records, client information, and project details
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and appointments, and manage calendars
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including data entry and expense tracking
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including HR, IT, and operations
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as business administration or office administration) an asset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
