About the Role
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent to join their team in Sasolburg. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring all operations are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor and track project progress, reporting any issues or delays to management
- Manage and mentor construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent or similar role
- MUST have “greenfield” experience complete infrastructure development experience in water & sewer reticulation, roads & stormwater installation, mass earth works.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CCS (Candy) experience, he must be able to do payment certificates independently.
- Ability to programme a job and work towards production targets.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid driver’s license
