About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our upmarket restaurant team in Cape Town as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will be driven, service-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality standards.

- Support daily restaurant operations
- Uphold exceptional hospitality standards
- Play a key role in achieving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals
- Report directly to the General Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in an upmarket restaurant
- Demonstrated experience in customer service management
- Solid food and beverage knowledge
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literacy with familiarity in restaurant management software
