About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our new and used vehicle sales department at a dealership in Middleburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, motivating teams, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the sales and marketing of the new or used vehicle sales department
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Motivating and training sales staff
- Reporting and liaising with head office on monthly sales
- Advertising
- Evaluating trade-in and pricing or vehicle stock
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Vehicle Sales Manager with New or Pre-owned vehicles
- Considerable experience with Vehicle sales
- Experience working in a corporate truck industry like Hino
- Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Valid SA driver’s license
- Clear criminal record
- Grade 12 or equivalent
