About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a qualified Insurance Broker to join their team in Johannesburg North. This role offers a professional, performance-focused environment where compliance is non-negotiable, and clients expect one trusted point of contact. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients across ShortTerm Insurance, LongTerm Insurance, and Employee Benefits.
- Manage a portfolio of personal and/or commercial clients, providing end-to-end insurance advice and servicing.
- Perform detailed needs analyses and recommend appropriate, compliant insurance solutions.
- Ensure all advice, documentation, and processes meet FAIS and FSCA regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and policy information.
- Handle renewals, amendments, endorsements, and policy updates.
- Support clients throughout the claims process where required.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent service, clear communication, and sound advice.
- Stay current with regulatory developments, product changes, and industry requirements.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Recognised NQF Level 5 qualification in ShortTerm or LongTerm Insurance.
- RE5 successfully completed.
- Registered with the FSCA.
- Demonstrated experience across ShortTerm, LongTerm, and Employee Benefits.
- Strong working knowledge of FAIS, compliance frameworks, and advisory standards.
