About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join our 5* game lodge in Limpopo, where you will be responsible for managing a luxury restaurant and bar serving high-quality food and wine to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a 60 seater restaurant and bar
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Oversee staff training and development
Requirements
- Matric Hospitality Management Qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience as F&B Manager at a 5* lodge or boutique style property
- Strong on food and wine
- Drivers licence essential
- Own car required
