About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Groups Co-ordinator to join our team at a 4* game lodge in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in guest relations and group co-ordination, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange all group activities from collection on arrival at the airport to departure again
- Excel at guest relations and assist guests with any requests
- Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with guests and internal teams
Requirements
- Matric Hospitality Management Qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Guest relations capacity or Groups co-ordinator at 4 or 5* hotels or lodges
- Driver’s licence essential
