About the Role
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded cherry producer located near Buffelspoort Dam in the North West Province, is seeking to appoint an experienced Junior Farm Manager to join their production team. They form part of an internationally respected, UK-based fresh produce enterprise with deep roots in global fruit production, marketing, and supply chain management. The successful candidate will join a progressive, export-oriented business committed to excellence in horticultural practices, quality assurance, and sustainable production.

- Orchard and crop production management.
- Workforce leadership and supervision.

- Recordkeeping and administration.
- Support to Farm Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma in Agriculture.
- At least 3 years experience with stone fruit or orchard fruit farming.
- Must be able to speak Afrikaans.
- Excellent leadership-, communication and people skills.
- Must be trustworthy, with excellent work ethic.
- Problem-solver with the ability to work pro-actively.
