About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Brand Manager to join a dynamic and growing brand team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand presence and driving digital growth across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimise the company website in collaboration with digital agencies to ensure strong user experience, consistent branding, and improved conversion rates
  • Work closely with development teams to enhance website functionality, design, and content
  • Lead and implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking
  • Plan, develop, and execute digital campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Drive online engagement and community growth, using analytics to continuously refine performance
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and international distributor teams to ensure digital alignment with launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Adapt digital strategies for different international markets, considering local trends, preferences, and regulations
  • Manage digital communities, ensuring responsive and professional engagement
  • Brief and manage performance agencies and report on campaign outcomes
  • Track, analyse, and report on key digital metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong all-round digital marketing exposure, including website management and SEO
  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Solid understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media insights)
  • Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
