About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in sales forecasting, managing direct customer relationships, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of sales forecasts
- Working with agents and internal teams to estimate expected sales volumes and revenue
- Coordinating multiple stakeholders across different regions and time zones
- Developing and managing direct customer relationships in Latin America, supporting sales growth and responding to customer enquiries
- Compiling and analyzing monthly sales and gross profit reports, providing insights on sales performance across regions and customers
- Liaising with the Group of companies regarding sales generated by their agents in Europe, Asia, and the United States, ensuring accurate communication of orders, pricing, and customer requirements
- Coordinating with agents in Southeast Asia and India to support ongoing sales activities and customer engagement
- Preparing and distributing sales quotations for agents and customers in accordance with company pricing and commercial guidelines
Requirements
- Commercial awareness and understanding of commodity trading environments
- Strong communication and relationship management skills across international markets
- 5 – 7 years experience working with international clients
