About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Support Engineer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide second and third line technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure system uptime, performance, and security best practices
  • Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant IT qualification
  • Experience: Minimum of 35 years experience in a Support Engineer or similar role
  • Proven experience supporting Windows environments and network infrastructure
  • Experience with on-site and remote user support

Qualifications

MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certification is essential.
