Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full finance function, including financial reporting, monthly management accounts, and group reporting
- Drive implementation of short- and long-term strategic business plans across the local operation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and deliver insightful variance analysis and performance reporting
- Oversee all audits (internal, statutory, and tax) and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Evaluate business projects and support commercial decision-making, including post-implementation reviews
- Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and continuously improve business processes
- Partner with operations on cost optimisation, procurement initiatives, and overall business performance
Requirements
- CA(SA) or CIMA
- 15+ years’ experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior finance leadership role
- Experience within automotive, FMCG or manufacturing
