About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Dairy Farm Managers to join our team. As a key member of our farm management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dairy farm, ensuring optimal milk production and animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the overall health and well-being of the herd
  • Implement and monitor Total Mixed Ration (TMR) feeding systems
  • Maintain accurate records of milk production, animal health, and farm maintenance
  • Supervise and train farm staff as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Perform routine farm maintenance tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Agriculture
  • At least 2 years’ experience on a dairy farm
  • Minimum of 1 year TMR experience
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to AI (Artificial Insemination)
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Maintenance orientated
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid passport
