About the Role
EQ-Fin is seeking a Wealth Planner to join our organization, where you will have the opportunity to build your own practice within our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct assistance in knowledge and skills development through face-to-face interactions
- Educate clients on areas such as budgeting, credit and debt management, insurance, saving and investing, education planning and retirement planning
- Create personalized financial plans for clients based on detailed analysis of their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a financial plan
- Provide face-to-face advice effectively to motivate clients’ financial wellness
- Maintain security and confidentiality of company, and client data
- Handle client complaints and resolve problems
- Build sustainable long-term relationships with clients by assisting them in achieving their financial goals
