About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator to join our team at Afri Training Institute in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for our learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and moderations to ensure the quality of our training programs
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing records and coordinating logistics
Requirements
- Qualifications in assessor and moderator essential
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent verbal communication and administrative skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant field
Qualifications
NQF Level 5 qualification in management (required)
