About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction while maintaining hygiene, safety, and stock control standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Mix cocktails, pour wines, and serve beers correctly
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
- Engage with guests and provide recommendations
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Build rapport with guests and enhance their experience
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
