About the Role
As a Client Services Manager at our client, you will be responsible for delivering seamless customer communication and experience solutions for major brands. You will oversee onboarding, day-to-day client interaction, service performance, and accurate billing, working closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full client relationship, ensuring strong communication, expectation setting, and service oversight.
- Drive initiatives that grow client revenue and improve service delivery.
- Oversee project implementations, ensuring smooth handover and clear communication.
- Address support issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems.
- Interpret KPIs, SLAs, contracts, and provide insights that support client growth.
- Advocate for the client internally and represent company interests to the client.
- Maintain accurate client information in OPACS/ERP systems.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (non-negotiable)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience using a case management system (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong customer service experience across multiple SaaS products
- Proven ability to manage complex client issues and relationships
- Experience in 3PL environments, especially with premium brands, is highly advantageous
- Background in continuous improvement and project management recommended
