About the Role
African Echoes Recruitment is seeking a professional and friendly International Group Representative to join our team at our Waterberg game lodge. As the main point of contact for international guests, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless experiences and memorable stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and assist international groups on arrival (including airport arrivals if required)
- Coordinate all group logistics, activities and special requirements
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the group’s stay
- Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee smooth check-ins and departures
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and experience
Requirements
* RSA ID and legal residence essential
* Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or group coordination (international experience advantageous)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Professional appearance and service-driven attitude
* Ability to work flexible hours in a hospitality environment
* Valid driver’s license advantageous

R8,000 per month plus excellent gratuities (International Group Representative)
Single unfurnished accommodation provided
After the probation period, option to join Medical Aid (company contributes 50% of main member’s contribution)
