About the Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly International Group Representative to join our team at a lodge environment in Waterberg, Limpopo. As the main point of contact for international guests, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless experiences and memorable stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and assist international groups on arrival (including airport arrivals if required)
- Coordinate all group logistics, activities, and special requirements
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the group’s stay
- Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee smooth check-ins and departures
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and experience
Requirements
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or group coordination (international experience advantageous)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional appearance and service-driven attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours in a hospitality environment
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
