About the Role

A well-established wholesale business in Francistown, Botswana, is seeking a driven and target-focused Internal Sales Consultant to support customer acquisition and revenue growth within the branch. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making high volumes of calls daily, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales while maintaining strong administrative discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales and profit targets as agreed with management
• Generate new business by proactively contacting customers and qualifying opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to promote long-term profitability and order growth
• Work closely with channel partners and suppliers to support sales objectives

Requirements

• Matric / NQF Level 4 (essential)
• Minimum of 2 years internal sales experience
• Experience within a wholesale or retail environment
• Technical experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment (advantageous)
• Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Syspro)
• Physical ability to handle stock
