About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician to join our team at Athlone Industria 1, where you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fault finding on PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Maintenance and repair of automation and electrical systems.
  • Assist with PLC programming and system improvements.
  • Support SCADA and HMI systems.
  • Installation and commissioning on automation systems.
  • Ensure minimal production downtime.

Requirements

  • National Diploma / N6 /Trade Test in Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechatronics/ Automation

Salary & Benefits

R25k to R35k negotiable, dependent on experience.
