About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be the creative force behind our online presence, shaping how the world sees, feels, and engages with the Mama Shelter brand. You will turn content into conversation, engagement into excitement, and visibility into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily digital and social media content across all platforms
- Plan, create, and curate visual and written content that reflects the brand vibe
- Work closely with operations, F&B, and events teams to capture real experiences
- Grow engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Support seasonal promotions and hotel events
- Respond to comments, messages, and online community interactions in Mama tone
- Build a strong, engaged digital audience
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
- Passionate about storytelling and brand building
- Understanding of social media trends before they peak
- Creative, curious, and full of ideas
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Confident using social media tools and analytics platforms
Qualifications
- MADE FOR YOU… ONLY IF You have experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
- Photography, video, or editing skills are a big plus
- Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience is even better
- You know how to turn content into conversation—and conversation into bookings
