About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Territory Manager to join our team in Benoni, responsible for managing multiple outlets and driving business growth through excellent customer service, sales acquisition, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial aspects of the territory, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Acquire new customers and expand existing relationships to drive sales growth
- Maintain accurate records of debtor management and implement effective collection strategies
- Oversee maintenance and asset management of outlets, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage risk and security protocols to minimize potential threats to the business
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage forecourt operations, including fueling, maintenance, and customer service
- Monitor site financial statements and interpret profit margins to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (additional qualifications preferred)
- Code 8 Drivers License with own vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years proven senior management experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of managing multiple outlets and driving business growth
- Advanced labour relations knowledge and skills
- Ability to interpret site financial statements and profit margins
